Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Rustenburg

Job Type: 12 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours (Onsite)

Job Duties:

Document Control

Develop a Document Management Procedure

Perform and manage document control function for the duration of the project.

Execute the Document Management Plan as developed.

Develop, maintain and build-out Document File Structure (Aconex)

Align Document Files Structure with DMS (Coding, naming convention, revision, and versions control)

List Project Document Types

Define Basis of Access per Document Type

Create Documents on Authorized Demands and distribution matrix.

Establish and maintain the Workflow Requirements (Aconex)

Perform Document Control to include all project related documents, reports, and drawings.

Manage Document Repository (Aconex)

File and issue new revisions for drawings and reports (Aconex)

Maintain a transmittal system.

Maintain a transmittal register system.

Assist with document editing.

Report on the status of drawings and maintain the drawing status dashboard.

Ensure Document Close out and achieving.

Develop a Document Management Plan the Study Execution / Project Implementation Plan

Required Qualifications:

Matric

Experience:

8+ Years experience as a Document Controller

Aconex/ProjectWise or similar
