EISA Marker (Food & Beverage Sector)

The Gifted Consultants is currently engaging with Subject Matter Experts as part of an ongoing procurement process for an assessment project within the Food & Beverage Manufacturing sector.

We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced professionals available to support the marking of External Integrated Summative Assessments (EISA) across specialised areas including:

• Dairy processing and production
  

• Cheese making (fresh, processed, ripened)
  

• Fermented and dried dairy products
  

• Liquid dairy reception
  

• Food & beverage packaging operations
  

Markers will support the QA function in the marking of scripts aligned to QCTO -registered occupational qualifications, including:

1. Occupational Certificate: Butter Maker (SAQA ID 102919)
   

2. Occupational Certificate: Dried Dairy Products Maker (102961)
   

3. Occupational Certificate: Fresh Dairy Products Maker (102918)
   

4. Occupational Certificate: Processed Cheese Maker (103097)
   

5. Occupational Certificate: Ripened Cheesemaker (103129)
   

6. Occupational Certificate: Fermented Dairy Products Maker (102917)
   

7. Occupational Certificate: Liquid Dairy Reception Operator (121154)
   

8. Occupational Certificate: Food and Beverage Packaging Operator (121148)
   

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7)
  
• 3–5+ years’ industry experience in food/dairy/processing environments
  
• Proven experience in marking examination papers, assessments, or similar evaluation processes
  
• Familiarity with structured assessment frameworks (advantageous)
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  
• Must be based in Johannesburg and available for in -person work
  

• Short -term marking engagements (approx. 3 days)
  
• Project -based engagement with potential recurring work over 12 months
