Job Description - Facilitator

Ziyana Group is looking for a dynamic, experienced Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. If you meet the below requirements, do not hesitate to send your CV for consideration. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Facilitation & Delivery

  • Facilitate
    leadership development programmes, learnerships, and skills programmes

  • Deliver
    engaging, interactive, and high -impact training sessions (virtual and
    face -to -face)

  • Adapt
    delivery styles to suit different audiences and learning needs

  • Create
    a safe, inclusive, and participative learning environment

 Training Design & Preparation
  • Develop
    and customise learning materials, facilitator guides, and learner
    workbooks

  • Align
    content to client requirements, SETA standards, and learning outcomes

  • Incorporate
    practical case studies, simulations, and real -world application

Assessment & Evaluation

  • Conduct
    formative and summative assessments

  • Monitor
    learner progress and provide constructive feedback

  • Compile
    training reports and evaluation insights for continuous improvement

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work
    closely with internal teams, clients, and project managers

  • Support
    programme implementation and delivery across multiple projects

  • Represent
    Ziyana professionally in all client engagements

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay
    updated on learning trends, facilitation techniques, and industry
    developments

  • Continuously
    improve delivery methods and learning impact



Requirements

  • Higher
    Certificate or Diploma in:

    • Education
      / Training & Development

    • Organisational
      Development

    • Human
      Resources / Psychology / Business

  • OD -ETDP
    qualification (advantageous)

  • Assessor
    and/or Moderator accreditation (highly advantageous) 

  • Minimum
    3 years’ experience as a Facilitator 

  • Proven
    experience facilitating:

    • Learnerships
    • Short
      Courses

    • Skills
      Programmes

  • Strong
    communication and presentation skills

  • Ability
    to engage diverse audiences (entry -level to senior leaders)
