About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop and maintain user-facing features, backend services, and cloud-based applications. You will mentor junior team members, support 24/7 operations, and actively contribute to improving business processes and technical solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-facing features and backend services using Java and Angular.
  

• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
  

• Execute configuration changes, integration, and deployments in line with business requirements.
  

• Conduct testing including unit, regression, and system integration tests.
  

• Prepare documentation, user manuals, and training for business process owners.
  

• Participate in Agile Working Model (AWM) processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in full stack development with Java and Angular expertise.
  

• Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  

• Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
  

• Proficient with version control tools such as GitHub.
  

• Familiarity with front-end build tools: Angular CLI, Gulp, Grunt.
  

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
  

• Cloud technologies (AWS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway).
  

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  

• Agile development experience, including mentoring and collaborative team work.
  

Advantageous Skills

• Cloud architecture expertise and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
  

• Experience with ELK stack, automated testing (Jasmine/Karma/Selenium/Cucumber), and TDD.
  

• Familiarity with Java Micro Profile, Typescript, OData/GraphQL, and ESB integration (IIB, Tibco, Oracle).
  

• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka) and CI/CD build tools (Maven/Gradle/Webpack).
  

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ITSM.Next, and Agile methodologies.
  

• German language skills are a plus.
  

Qualifications

• Relevant IT or Business Degree (or equivalent experience).
  

• Proven experience in full stack development with Java and Angular.
  

• Experience mentoring junior developers and participating in international team collaborations.
