· Supervise and coordinate daily site
activities, ensuring efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment.
· Manage and lead site teams, subcontractors,
and suppliers to ensure work is carried out according to project plans.
· Monitor progress and report to the
Site/Project Manager on timelines, challenges, and resource requirements.
· Enforce health, safety, and environmental
standards in compliance with legislation.
· Ensure quality control and adherence to
drawings, specifications, and standards.
· Conduct site inspections and resolve
technical and operational issues as they arise.
· Maintain accurate site records, including
attendance registers, progress reports, and material usage.
· Assist in planning, scheduling, and
sequencing construction activities to optimise productivity.
· Liaise with clients, engineers, and project
managers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Ensure site housekeeping and security
measures are maintained at all times.

12
· Relevant technical qualification (NQF Level
4–6, Trade Certificate, Diploma in Building/Construction Management
advantageous).
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman in
the construction industry (building, civil, or general construction).
· Strong knowledge of construction processes,
methods, and materials.
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to
manage and motivate teams.
· Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
Act (OHS) regulations.
· Proficient in MS Office
· Valid driver license
· Must be available to start immediately
