Job Description - Litigation Support

To provide high-quality operational and technical
support in the management of complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on
data and evidence review, discovery processes, and litigation document
workflows. This role will bridge legal, operations, and information management
to ensure case teams have timely, organised, and secure access to litigation
materials and systems.


Key Performance Outputs

1. Litigation Case Support

  • Provide day-to-day
    litigation support for complex civil litigation matters across jurisdictions.

  • Assist legal teams
    with factual investigations, data analysis, and timelines relevant to cases.

  • Coordinate and
    manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case-related correspondence.

2. Evidence & Data Management

  •  Oversee document
    collection, organization, and management of digital evidence and databases.

  • Support early case
    assessments, ensuring critical data is identified and reviewed.

  • Assist with the use
    and maintenance of litigation tools such as Relativity, Everlaw, or similar
    platforms.

3. Discovery & Disclosure Execution

  • Prepare, coordinate,
    and execute document production and e-discovery processes.

  • Assist with drafting
    and quality-checking privilege logs and discovery indexes.

  • Liaise with external
    vendors, forensic providers, and opposing counsel for production schedules and
    formats.

4. Litigation Systems and Process Efficiency

  • Support the
    implementation of litigation management systems and templates.

  • Create and maintain
    organised digital filing systems, data rooms, and matter management dashboards.

  • Contribute to the
    development of internal litigation protocols and process documentation.


Requirements

Qualifications / Experience
Functional / Technical
  • Proficient in the use of Virtual Data Room platforms.
  • Strong command of legal documentation processes and records management.
  • Familiarity with legal project planning tools, trackers, and document management systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable navigating legal tech and internal workflow platforms.
  • Solid understanding of legal terminology, contract structures, and compliance documentation.
