Operations Engineer (Expert)

We are seeking an
expert Operations Engineer to join our global IT operations team. The role
focuses on managing and improving IT systems, ensuring smooth operations, and
implementing cutting -edge DevOps solutions across production environments.

You will be
responsible for monitoring production systems, implementing predictive
maintenance, and supporting the rollout of worldwide IT projects. This role
offers a dynamic, fast -paced environment with flexible working options and
collaboration across a global team.

Key
Responsibilities

• Support incident, change, and problem
  management processes
  
• Set up and maintain CI/CD and GitOps
  pipelines
  
• Deploy and configure Kubernetes
  environments
  
• Monitor systems using Grafana,
  Prometheus, and Loki
  
• Support existing DevOps solutions and
  worldwide system rollouts
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
  (Daily, Planning, Estimation, Review, Retrospective)
  
• Collaborate with
  stakeholders and team members to deliver complex IT solutions

• Kubernetes deployment and
  configuration (Helm)
  
• Pipeline setup and automation (e.g.,
  GitHub Actions)
  
• Infrastructure as Code & GitOps
  (ArgoCD)
  
• ITIL operational processes (Incident,
  Problem, Change management)
  
• Experience with public cloud
  platforms (Azure, AWS)
  
• Linux administration and scripting
  (Bash)
  
• Backend development: Java 17, Kafka,
  Quarkus, Hibernate, PostgreSQL
  
• Version control strategies (Git)
  
• Data -driven architecture and design
  patterns
