We’re looking for a performance marketer, not someone who boosts posts.

This role is for a Paid Social specialist who understands full -funnel strategy, budget allocation, testing frameworks, and performance optimisation across all major paid social platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more).

You should be comfortable owning campaigns end -to -end:

• Building strategy aligned to business objectives

• Structuring and managing media budgets

• Launching and optimising campaigns

• Analysing data and extracting actionable insights

• Reporting clearly to stakeholders

We value commercial thinking, accountability, and strong execution. If you rely heavily on step -by -step instructions, this role won’t be the right fit.
