Job Description - Payroll & HR Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & HR Officer to join our client based in Krugersdorp, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of Premier as well as hands-on experience supporting HR functions such as disciplinary hearings and employee contract management.

Requirements

Proven experience with Premier Payroll System
Previous HR administrative experience, particularly with:
Disciplinary hearing support
Employee contracts and onboarding
Experience working with ESS systems
Strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
Excellent communication and organizational skills
