Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  

• Scope, research, and prototype new features and system integrations.
  

• Drive product development and platform optimization initiatives.
  

• Act as Scrum Master to lead agile delivery and execute product roadmaps.
  

• Work closely with design teams to deliver intuitive and user-centric product experiences.
  

• Design and optimize AWS cloud environments for scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
  

• Use analytics and user data to identify product opportunities and generate business insights.
  

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with business goals.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in product engineering, technical solution design, or product management.
  

• Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and deployment (AWS certification is a plus).
  

• Proven experience leading Agile teams and managing sprints (Scrum Master certification is advantageous).
  

• Proficiency in API integrations and working with enterprise platforms.
  

• Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and data-driven development.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent.
  

• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
