Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Product Owner to define and manage products to support the COE’s overall strategy and deliver a differentiated product addressing the market and customer needs.

What you will do:

• Elicit, facilitate, synthesise, and present technical solutions.
• Use business requirements to drive the design or review of products, test cases, business process design, and define a project’s vision, scope, acceptance, and implementation.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into usable information to improve systems and processes.
• Consult various customers (internal and external) to understand their value chain, structure, functions, and products and/or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Challenge the business in their thinking, especially to understand the intent of the business requirement.
• Elicit, gather, analyse, document, validate, and communicate business requirements (Agile and Waterfall formats).
• Determine the feasibility of a proposed project.
• Understand the commercial importance of changes or new features.
  
   

• Relevant tertiary qualification/IT degree.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.
• Logical reasoning and problem solving.
• Customer focused approach to work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong presentations skills/Power Point presentations.
• Project management skills.
