About the role

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project delivery across the organization. Reporting to the Project Managers within the Project Management Office (PMO), this position is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination across teams, maintaining project documentation, and driving progress in line with defined timelines and objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in drafting, updating, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation


• Track and report on project progress, quality metrics, and deliverables


• Coordinate and adjust project schedules based on team and stakeholder input


• Prepare for and facilitate project meetings, including creating agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items


• Liaise across departments, product solution groups, and with field technicians to support seamless project delivery


• Identify potential risks and issues proactively and assist in developing mitigation strategies


• Coordinate vendor interactions and manage third-party service requests


• Support on-site training sessions and assist in project handovers


• Respond to supply chain support requests and coordinate activities as needed


• Maintain the Halo, PowerBi and other task-tracking/project management tools


• Communicate updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) certification or equivalent


• Prince2 Foundation certification


• Excellent planning and organizational abilities


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams


• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
