We’re seeking a bold, culturally connected Creative Partner to lead the next chapter of earned-first creative thinking across PR, influence, and social community management.
This is not your traditional advertising creative role.
We’re looking for a conceptual thinker and hands-on doer who thrives at the intersection of culture, strategy, and storytelling. You’ll drive compelling, social-led, influence-first ideas that earn attention and deliver measurable impact.
This is a senior, client-facing position—key to shaping both the creative output and internal team culture. The ideal candidate brings award-winning campaign experience, an intuitive grasp of how brands can show up authentically in culture, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams.
Lead the development of culturally resonant, earned-first ideas that drive relevance and buzz.
Provide creative direction and feedback across briefs, ensuring insight-led, world-class output.
Champion innovation through tech, AI, new content formats, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate closely with strategy, social, PR, content, media, and digital teams for integrated campaign success.
Grow and mentor a small but highly capable creative team.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and creatively ambitious work environment.
Oversee creative workflow and resourcing to ensure smooth delivery and creative excellence.
Build strong, strategic relationships with senior clients.
Lead creative presentations and guide clients through bold, non-traditional ideas.
Help shape client briefs early to ensure strategic clarity and creative opportunity.
Play a central role in new business efforts—developing creative responses and confidently presenting ideas.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
Collaborate with leadership to position the agency as a leader in earned-first creative work.
Ensure clear briefings, aligned timelines, and smooth cross-functional execution.
Work closely with project management and strategy to maintain campaign integrity.
Track creative performance and use insights to improve processes continuously.
Stay tapped into local culture, creators, trends, and conversations.
Share inspiration and insights across the agency to raise creative standards.
Test and adopt new tools and platforms that enhance creative work.
• 8–12 years’ experience in a creative or strategy-led role, ideally in social, influence, PR, or culture-focused marketing.
Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing creative teams.
Strong background in delivering integrated, multi-platform campaigns.
Experience developing award-winning, earned-first creative work.
Deep understanding of South African culture and how brands can authentically engage with it.
High comfort level with tech and digital innovation (AI, content creation tools, etc.).
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Confidence in both leading and contributing to new business pitches.
