Media Debtors Assistant

Your expertise in managing media billings, including debtors and credit control, will be essential to success in this role.

• Monthly journals (pre-payment release)
  
• IC journals (cross charge expenses, credit card, ITS)
  
• IC Loan Account recons
  
  
• UGG Management fee(invoicing and purpose)
  
• Intercompany cross charges (invoicing and purchase)
  
• IC Creditor payments
  
• IC Consolidated report
  
  
• Bank entries Capturing and recon
  
• Fixed Asset Acquisition (1444 clearing & depreciation)
  
• Fixed Asset Recon
  
  
• Media Payment review and release
  
• Media Billings and Queries
  
• Media Client Statements and credit control
  
  
• Juno cashbook payments

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a Debtors/Accounts Receivable or Accounts role
  
• Experience working in Navision​
  
• Working in a Bookkeeping or Finance related role within the Media industry (or Advertising if not specific to Media)
