Job Description - Sales Orders Administrator

A well -established international technology company is
seeking an experienced Sales Orders Administrator for a 4 -month fixed -term
maternity cover contract, to start as soon as possible.
The Sales Orders Administrator will be
responsible for the accurate compilation of quotations and the processing of
sales orders, ensuring a high level of professionalism when liaising with
external clients. This is a full -time, office -based
role requiring strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and confident
communication.


Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prepare accurate sales quotations

  • Capture, process, and manage sales orders from receipt through to completion

  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted timeously

  • Liaise professionally with external clients, responding to queries and providing updates

  • Maintain accurate records and filing of sales -related documentation

  • Provide general sales and administrative support to the team as required



Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Orders Administration / Sales Administration role

  • Experience working with high -value products, requiring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated experience processing quotations and managing sales orders end to end

  • Experience working on Pastel and internal / in -house systems

  • Well spoken, professional, and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with external clients

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time -management skills

  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a full -time office environment

  • Available to start immediately or on short notice
