A well -established international technology company is
seeking an experienced Sales Orders Administrator for a 4 -month fixed -term
maternity cover contract, to start as soon as possible. The Sales Orders Administrator will be
responsible for the accurate compilation of quotations and the processing of
sales orders, ensuring a high level of professionalism when liaising with
external clients. This is a full -time, office -based
role requiring strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and confident
communication.
Compile and prepare accurate sales quotations
Capture, process, and manage sales orders from receipt through to completion
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted timeously
Liaise professionally with external clients, responding to queries and providing updates
Maintain accurate records and filing of sales -related documentation
Provide general sales and administrative support to the team as required
Proven experience in a Sales Orders Administration / Sales Administration role
Experience working with high -value products, requiring accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated experience processing quotations and managing sales orders end to end
Experience working on Pastel and internal / in -house systems
Well spoken, professional, and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with external clients
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time -management skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently in a full -time office environment
Available to start immediately or on short notice
