Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, and optimize ABAP programs, modules, and reports.
  

• Build integrations using modern (ODATA, Webservices) and classic (IDocs, flat files) technologies.
  

• Enhance SAP standard functionality through User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancements.
  

• Develop UI elements with SAP GUI, Web-Dynpro, UI5/Fiori.
  

• Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  

• Apply Agile methodologies, manage tasks in JIRA/Confluence, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  

Essential Skills

• Strong SAP ABAP expertise, especially in HR-related modules.
  

• Knowledge of integration technologies (HTTP/Client, ODATA, Webservices).
  

• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, xRay, Confluence.
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
  

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with HR teams and stakeholders.
  

Advantageous Skills

• SAP HCM (H4S4) data model experience.
  

• SAP HANA database knowledge.
  

• UI development (SAP UI5/HTML5, Fiori).
  

• Form generation (SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms).
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Human Resources, or related field.
  

• ABAP / SAP / HANA certification is an advantage.
