SAP Basis Lead

The SAP Basis Lead is responsible for defining and implementing SAP HANA application security design, configuration, and related policies and procedures in support of large SAP implementations. The role covers SAP Security requirements gathering, design, and configuration of SAP components including HANA S/4, Suite on HANA, CRM, C4C, HCM, SuccessFactors, ECC, and other SAP solutions across the full implementation lifecycle. The SAP Basis Lead assists clients in delivering the overall security design and embedding it into the client’s organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather SAP security requirements and design security solutions across complex SAP environments
  

• Configure SAP components and ensure proper integration across HANA, S/4, ECC, CRM, C4C, HCM, and SuccessFactors
  

• Assist clients with implementation of SAP security policies and procedures
  

• Perform system installs/upgrades, client copies, performance tuning, transport management, backup/recovery, security configuration, and monitoring
  

• Lead technical delivery and provide guidance to project teams on SAP Basis and security activities
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications:

• 8+ years of SAP Basis / SAP HANA administration experience
  

• SAP Basis / SAP HANA Administration Certification
  

• Proven technical delivery leadership
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced, senior -level professional
  

• Preferably with Public Sector project experience
  

• Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
