Responsibilities
Deliver end\-to\-end Siebel CRM development using Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, assignment rules, and business services.
Design, develop, and enhance Siebel Open UI components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Build and maintain complex workflows, integration objects, and EAI components.
Perform Siebel performance tuning, troubleshooting, and provide support for production issues and incidents.
Work closely with Oracle Customer Hub to manage and synchronize master customer data across systems.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of hands\-on experience in Siebel CRM development.
Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, workflows, scripting, assignment manager, and configuration.
Proven experience working with Oracle Customer Hub (OCH) or comparable Oracle MDM solutions.
Solid understanding of customer master data management concepts, including deduplication and survivorship.
