Senior Salesforce UX/UI Designer

Purpose of the Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will
lead and execute the design of user -centered digital products, with a focus on
Salesforce interfaces as well as responsive web and mobile applications. You
will produce high -quality UX and UI deliverables, conduct user research, build
prototypes, and apply design systems to ensure consistency and accessibility.
The role involves collaboration with cross -functional teams, mentoring junior
designers, and contributing to product strategy, while continuously improving
designs based on feedback and testing. This hands -on position provides exposure to emerging technologies and supports career growth in product design.

Key Responsibilities

Create UX/UI deliverables, wireframes, prototypes, and
final visual designs for Salesforce, web, and mobile platforms.Conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analyse
insights to inform design decisions.Define user flows, information architecture, and
interaction models; develop polished UI and interactive prototypes.Apply and contribute to evolving design systems for
consistency, accessibility, and scalability.Work with Product Owners, developers, and other
designers; mentor junior designers and participate in agile ceremonies.Conduct usability and A/B testing; iterate designs based
on user feedback, data, and trends.Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders;
document design decisions for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ work experience in UX, UI, and product design, ideally in consultancy or digital product environments.
  
• Experience designing Salesforce interfaces.
  
• Salesforce certifications will be considered an advantage.
  
• Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  
• Hands -on experience with Figma, prototyping tools and the MS Office suite.
  
• Understanding of user -centred design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  
• Strong visual design and interaction design skills, with attention to detail.
  
• Portfolio demonstrating design work, problem -solving, and execution across UX and UI.
  
• Good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Positive, proactive, and growth -oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt
