• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage service


• Proven experience in upscale hospitality venues


• Outstanding customer service with warm, engaging personality


• Impeccable presentation and professional standards


• Valid driver's license - ESSENTIAL


• Must be resident in Hermanus with own accommodation


• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
