Technical Support Administrator

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client calls and emails.
  
• Log, assign, and monitor support tickets to ensure timely technical follow -up.
  
• Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of all support requests in the system.
  
• Act as a communication bridge when technical staff are unavailable, ensuring clients remain informed and supported.
  
• Maintain and update tracking tools to monitor issue progress and resolution.
  
• Ensure all tickets are properly closed with confirmed client satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Relevant qualification
  
• Previous experience in customer support or technical administration is advantageous.
  
• Strong computer literacy with good technical aptitude.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast -paced environment.
  
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
