Temporary In -House Facilitator

• Facilitate classroom, on -the -job, and blended learning
  interventions.
  
• Assess learners in line with SETA requirements and provide
  constructive feedback.
  
• Support induction, onboarding, refresher, and upskilling
  programs.
  
• Coordinate training schedules, maintain records, and prepare
  audit -ready
  
• documentation.
  
• Assist with other learning projects and ad -hoc L&D
  initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with teams to identify skills gaps and support
  continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in Education, Training,
  Learning & Development,
  
• Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
  
• SETA -accredited facilitator and assessor (mandatory).
  
• Proven experience delivering NQF 4 learnerships, preferably
  in New Venture Creation
  
• (NVC).
  
• Strong understanding of assessment practices, learning
  principles, and adult education techniques.
