Job Description - Test Manager

Lead and coordinate testing efforts across SIT, UAT, and non-functional testing phases.
Develop and maintain overall test strategy and detailed test plans.
Manage test teams and schedules.
Oversee defect tracking and reporting.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.

Requirements

ISTQB certification
7+ years’ experience in test management
Experience with enterprise applications and full project lifecycle
