Job Description - Ux Designer

We are sourcing for highly specialized, deeply skilled designer with strong craft

• Candidate must have demonstrable experience in the design of consumer facing native mobile apps.

• Experience in airline and e -commerce ecosystems with be a great advantage

• Work is deeply embedded in the world of AI, native app patterns, technical systems, and complex

design flows.

• Experience with working on large international brands is a must

• Ability to work within design processes, high -feedback environments, and global quality expectations.

• Strong collaboration skills with tolerance for large -organisation

• Team culture is extremely high -performance, with high design standards looking for world -class

talent who is obsessed with beautiful design and are energized by creative excellence

• It will be hybrid delivery. Teams will be based locally with occasional travel to KSA alternated with the

client travelling to South Africa

Responsible for the experience design of innovative and impactful digital products and services across all

digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Shaping the conceptual wireframes to deliver a world -class differentiated brand experience

• Design wireframes and user flows for multiple MVPs, ensuring intuitive and user -friendly

experiences

• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical

requirements

• Engage with client to align on design direction

• Support usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions

• Enable and coach teams on the practice of user experience design

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand, products, and services to ensure design

consistency and coherence

Requirements

Skills

• Strong understanding of human -centered design principles and design thinking

• Excellent design skills, with a focus on experience design

• Strong track record in user experience design of consumer -facing digital products

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar

• Strong problem -solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically
