I am seeking an enthusiastic Accountant who is passionate about their work and ready to bring fresh energy and dedication to the team. Let's embark on this thrilling journey together and make finance engaging and enjoyable! As the Assets and Resource Controller you will be responsible for the below:

• Provide daily administrative support and coordination for regional managers and stock controllers.
• As a Fleet Controller, maintain the vehicle and trailer asset registers, manage the fleet database, and analyse tracker data.
• As an Asset Controller, maintain fixed asset registers, allocate assets to specific regions, and report on asset profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to capital expenditure guidelines and maintain Capex trackers.
• Verify and reconcile living out allowances for accuracy.
• Check and verify overtime hours submitted against completed tasks.
• Maintain and reconcile the account and revamp costs.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Completed Matric.
• Completed BCom in Accounting and related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in finance.
• Experience with Pastel Evolution would be an asset.
