JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

• Preparing Adhoc reallocation/correction journals
• Reviews profit commission accounts and adjust accordingly
• Preparation of sliding scale accounts to accompany the quarterly accounts where applicable
• Ensure payments relating to quarterly accounts are made timeously within the stipulated deadlines
• Tracking cash flow for non-prop claim recoveries and cash calls
• Fulfilling reporting requests from various departments and clients as needed,
• Communicating issues and new trends to management while providing your recommendations
• Build and maintain solid working relationships the various stakeholders to ensure effective problem solving, collaboration and timeous resolution of queries

Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications:

• Matric
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours in Accounting
• CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed Articles within a recognized audit firm
• Working experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
