We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable – Senior Process Associate – English – On site Johannesburg
Responsibilities
•    The below includes the responsibilities and key activities the Master Data Administrator is either accountable for or responsible to execute

o     Ensure master data integrity in the systems
o    Maintain the processes to support the data quality
o    Maintain a single record for a customer
o    Identify and correct incorrect and incomplete customer records
o    Verify data if contact details are different before and changes are done
o    Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management 
o    Adhere to POPI regulations act related to collection, storage, usage and destruction of customer information
o    Ensure data is only updated on the system once confirmed by customer on email / letter
o    Additional ad hoc tasks as and when requested by Management

•    Performance measures

o    Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks
o    Flexibility to adapt professionally to changing demands 
o    Data captured accurately, attention to detail
o    Customer service – internal and external

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications
•    Matric essential and experience in this field
•    Proficiency in English 
•    Advanced skills – SAP ERP, Excel and Work
