Job Description - CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL


SUMMARY:
CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL - TRANSFERS EAST LONDON MARKET RELATED SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
  • Matric is essential, with a post-matric qualification beneficial
  • At least 5 years experience
  • Must be able to manage own transfers from inception up to and including final accounts
  • Able to apply for Transfer Duty Receipts and Rates Clearance Certificates
  • Must be able to work independently but also to assist other paralegals
  • High volumes and high pressure and quick turnaround times
  • No bond experience necessary
  • Live in the area of East London, or willing to relocate there
