SUMMARY:
OVERALL PURPOSE:

• Accountable for the day to day running and reporting of the finance function.

POSITION INFO:
Ensure that all cashbooks are updated, clients invoiced, supplier invoices obtained in a timeous manner on Evolution system. Comfortable with reviewing and updating client costings. Monthly reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy. Compilation and reporting of monthly management accounts. Reconcile and submission of VAT201 returns. Review of list of suppliers to identify potential cost savings. Assist with yearly audits. Ensure that the company comply with applicable laws and regulation in all material matters (Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Vat Act, BCEA, UIFA, SDLA, etc.)
