Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Netcare is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounts Payable team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Entry Level Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable experience in the finance industry.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming invoices and expense reports - Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Assist with month-end closing activities - Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries - Work closely with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Ability to work well in a team environment - Project management skills and ability to multitask - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with vendors and colleagues
