Job Description:

Discovery Limited in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing - Assist with month-end closing processes - Provide support for audits and financial reviews - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Prior experience in accounts receivable is a plus, but not required
