Remote Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Remote Accounts Receivable for Telkom SA in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate level position, we require 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable activities remotely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Review and analyze customer account balances, aging reports, and payment histories - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with accounts receivable - Collaborate with internal teams to address any customer billing inquiries or disputes - Work with external stakeholders to ensure prompt payment and compliance with payment terms - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions - Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Innovative mindset to improve processes and systems
