Duties & Responsibilities Position: Admin Assistant Division: Logistics Industry: Construction Location: Alberton, Gauteng, Pretoria Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/Matric. Computer Literate on MS Office – Advanced Excel is non-negotiable. Fluent in both English and Afrikaans. Roles and Responsibilities: Daily capturing and monitoring of fuel usage and fuel levels. Trace and track vehicles. Monitoring driver whereabouts. Updating drivers on collections and deliveries. Ensuring clients and drivers stay updated during the day. Log all vehicle breakdowns - Trucks, trailers, and Tyres (24/7) Services bookings on all trucks and pool cars. Processing of all quotes received and getting approval. Assist the branches with their vehicle issues and concerns. Invoicing all 3rd party loads and following up on payments from 3rd party clients. Log insurance claims - new claims and following up on existing claims. Issuing of stationery and groceries at HQ and branches. Issuing and control of PPE to all branches. Monthly capturing of the department’s credit card statements. Handling of HQ petty cash. Manage printers for all branches Package & Remuneration Monthly
