Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage employee timekeeping systems • Implement and enforce attendance policies and procedures • Coordinate employee subsistence allowances • Verify and reconcile delivery notes with inventory records • Ensure accuracy in load reconciliation processes • Manage fuel expenses and reconcile fleet card transactions • Monitor fuel consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities • Handle the timely renewal of vehicle licenses and registrations • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for the company's vehicle fleet • Manage and address traffic violations • Develop strategies to minimize traffic fines and enhance driver compliance • Conduct thorough month-end reconciliations of financial records • Prepare and submit accurate reports within specified deadlines • Perform a variety of administrative tasks • Maintain organized records and documentation • Implement tracking systems for various operational aspects • Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into key performance indicators • Manage tracking reports • Conduct thorough and systematic vehicle inspections • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
Requirements
• Matric/Grade 12 • 5 Years proven work experience as an Administrator or related field • Experience in the logistics industry is considered an advantage • Ability to commute/relocate to George, Western Cape • Language: Afrikaans (Required), English (Required)
