Job Description - Business Intelligence Administrator

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily remote checks on OptiMIM servers to ensure system functionality.
Monitor system polling to verify data reception from all field devices; escalate issues as needed.
Investigate and resolve unassigned transactions and transactions with vehicle override card usage.
Review asset capacity exceptions and reconcile discrepancies in the OptiMIM Database.
Run reports to identify new assets and reconcile data with onsite information; address reconciliation issues between systems.
Assist in optimizing operations, conduct regular meetings with clients to address potential issues, and manage weekly reporting processes including journal module closure and reconciliation with fuel suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) or equivalent degree/diploma required
SQL certification or basic SQL knowledge necessary
MS Excel working experience required
Advantageous to have experience in Power BI
Additional qualifications in auditing, analytics, business intelligence, statistical analysis, or data analysis are advantageous
Valid Code 8 driver's license
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience with customers
