SUMMARY: We are seeking a Call Centre 0perator for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape POSITION INFO: Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: - Grade 12 with certificate in Customer Service & qualification in SCM / Logistics
- 2+ years working experience in a call center / customer service environment
- Excellent telephonic skills & numerical aptitude
- Computer literacy : Pastel Evolution, MS Office, SAP
- Willing to work overtime if/when required
- Mature and knowledgeable with attention to detail an absolute necessity
- Due to their equity plan, a BEE candidate is ideally sought
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Operate call center to receive and optimize orders
- Coordinate orders and communicate any order changes
- Compile daily delivery schedules with maximizing vehicle utilization
- Prevent dealers running dry of stock and monitoring of orders
- Resolve queries and deal with transporters
- Monitor credit limit and decrease financial risk
- General administration support
- Prepare sales orders for carriers and delivery schedules
- Placing orders
- Delivering premium service to retailers
Salary: R25 000.00 – R30 000.00 + 13th, Medical, Provident
