Client Support Specialist

SUMMARY:
A software solutions company in Pretoria East is seeking a dynamic and well spoken Client Support Specialist, as they cater to the Financial Planning industry. Ideally someone coming from the financial planning industry, who has administrative experience as well. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, analytical, with an understanding of investment products, risks and shortfalls, fund management and liquidity. Studying towards CFP would be an advantage. POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Knowledge of the Financial Planning industry.
• Administrative experience as an assistant to a Financial Advisor.
• Good understanding of financial products (investments and life products).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Maths at Matric level would be an advantage.
• B Com degree / CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or studying towards a CFP would be an advantage.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting clients over the phone as well as over email correspondence, using web-based software.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds the client’ expectations
• Seeking proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions with experience gained in the financial planning industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Support clients on a daily basis and should be proficient in both Afrikaans and English.
• Client centric approach when dealing with clients.
• Calm and well spoken.
• Good time and workflow management skills.
• Deadline driven.
• Manage own development to increase own competencies.
