Clinical Nursing Facilitators

SUMMARY:
Our company based in Bellville, Cape Town is recruiting Nurse Educators to join the expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all education of internal nursing employees. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To plan and facilitate learning and development interventions to enhance competency of all nursing staff. POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the correct application of nursing procedures and policies are applied at facilities
• Identify training needs to guide the development of appropriate clinical training interventions
• Promote a culture of continuous professional development
• Understand client needs and requirements
• Reporting and documenting incidents
• Regular client visits

ESSENTIAL AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• Unit specific Certificate or Diploma (Emergency Centre/Operating Theatre/Critical Care Unit)
• ETPP, SETA registration in Facilitation Assessment & Moderation advantageous or Nursing Education as a subject
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Email & Internet)
• Valid drivers licence

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years Clinical experience as a Professional nurse
• 2 years' experience in Facilitation/Training
• 1-2 years' experience as a Workplace assessor (Desired)
