Job Description - CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

SUMMARY:
CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL CAPE TOWN SOUTHERN SUBURBS R 27 000 - R 29 000 CTC P/M depending on experience POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

We require someone who will provide a proactive, high quality service to our firm and our clients. You need to be a team player, well presented, professional and have excellent communication skills
Matric is essential, with a post-matric qualification beneficial
More than 5 years’ experience in Conveyancing
Must be proficient in Lexis Convey, E4 and AJS
Good understanding of FICA requirements
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Good time management, file organisation and personal organisation
Excellent communication and writing skills
Registration of transfers
Attend to finances of transfers independently
Drafting of all legal documents
Preparation of documents for submission
Completing work in progress milestones and progress reports
Liaising with clients, linked attorneys etc.
General office administration, typing of legal documents and assisting the team
Liaising with clients
