Well established company in the Property Development Industry is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team in Cape Town
Minimum requirements:
- Course or Diploma in Conveyancing or Paralegal will be very advantageous
- Computer literate with experience working on Lexis Convey
- Min 4 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary in Transfers
- Candidate will be required to draft documents, apply for rates and taxes, administer transfer duty receipts, liaising with bonds department and continuously updating all parties involved
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Must have own reliable transport
