Essential Skills Requirements: Understanding of PIC Processes Configuration of Windows client operating systems Up-to-date knowledge of software distribution landscape Knowledge in (cloud-native) software architecture and software engineering Experience with Agile software development tools (Confluence, Kanban, Jira, etc.) Ability to collaborate with teams of diverse nationalities and cultures Additional responsibilities as assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Advantageous Skills Requirements: Knowledge of Power-BI Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and packaging Intune Device Management Understanding of Azure M365 & Intune Qualifications and Experience: BSC Degree, BCom Degree, or BTech Diploma SCCM / Endpoint Management Certification ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator (Cloud Certifications) Minimum 5 years of practical experience in IT and cloud technologies and architectures Experience working in multicultural teams Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert Role and Responsibilities: Provide technical and functional expertise in SCCM, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft MDM solutions, and PowerShell Package Management Take part ownership of a portal solution and act as the SME within other initiatives and projects Collaborate with our offshore DevOps Provider to deliver stable and secure solutions Work in large company environments with over 100,000 Windows devices Collaborate with various infrastructure teams (Active Directory, MFA, Network, Client, Server, and Hardware) Work closely with other solution owners to ensure system interface contracts are met Stay updated with innovations on relevant platforms Align with business partners to understand and fulfil their requirements Create plans and strategies for self-developed software solutions Develop and implement an Endpoint Management Cloud Service Strategy focusing on Azure Refine requirements for endpoint operating system deployment, upgrade, patch management, and software distribution Define and oversee the technical Endpoint roadmap, translating business needs into technical solutions Lead architecture reviews and ensure up-to-date low-level designs Take a leading role in endpoint management cloud projects (EntraID, Intune, M365) Provide technical coaching to team members in endpoint and Azure cloud areas Further develop security and compliance documentation of the endpoint cloud architecture Stay current with best practices for continuous cloud integration and deployment methods Collaborate with internal teams (Infrastructure Architecture, Cyber Security, Endpoint Security, IT stakeholders) to assess requirements and propose solutions Present to various audiences, including Senior Executives, IT management, and developers Develop, maintain, and operate procedures Monitor and coordinate external service providers and suppliers Provide advice and support to departments on complex requirements and conduct needs analysis Application Deadline: 28 May 2024!
