POSITION INFO: To be successful in this role, you must have a grade 12 certificate and a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience within a corporate environment. Full computer literacy and excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are essential. A relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of HR, providing a wide range of administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence and filing and documentation. You will be arranging all meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements as needed and handling and filtering all correspondence. Your expert communication skills will shine as you prepare documentation and reports and offer your communication assistance during meetings and workshops.
