SUMMARY:
Our client in the Logistic / Transformation Industry is currently looking for a Business Head to promote and sell services. Requirements:

• Matric
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Understands administrative procedures in own department
• Has sound knowledge of the services offered by the organization and to whom
• Can make basic inferences from customer usage patterns
• Understands the importance of Health and Safety
• Knowledge of basic Health and Safety procedures applicable to own job functions
• Knowledge of HR Management, Customer relations Management, Marketing Management, Fleet Management, Administration Management
• Fair knowledge of business principles relating to stock management Knows stock ordering system and the functioning of the distribution chain

POSITION INFO:
Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the financial performance and margins of each branch on a national basis.
• Ensuring high levels of customer service are offered.
• Provide effective communication on operational performance, service levels and associated costs. o Controlling of all fixed, variable costs, movable and non-movable assets.
• Manage staff, drivers and van assistants and their well-being.
• Strive to improve on distribution solutions and service offering to all clients.
• Ensure fleet is maintained as per manufacturer‘s standards, and a professional image is displayed
