Financial Planning Administrator

PMB based. This role would entail providing support to the Wealth Advisor who specialises in the private client market. Previous industry experience is essential - specifically experience dealing with investment houses / platforms.

Duties would include:

• Provide administrative services to the Unit in support of new business, client servicing, portfolio requests and business retention.
• Assist Wealth Advisor in managing their workflow and follow-ups.
• Manage data collection.
• Collaborate with Unit team members to ensure proactive and seamless client service.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Previous Wealth / Investment industry experience
