Job Description:
As the Freelance Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the agency's day-to-day operations. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure efficient workflows, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence across all departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in advertising or marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy and Management
Develop and implement operational strategies to support the agency’s growth and efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are streamlined and align with company goals.
Manage and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity and project delivery.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for professional development.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight
Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.
Monitor financial performance, including expenses and resource allocation.
Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction through efficient project delivery and communication.
Collaborate with other departments to meet client needs and agency objectives.
Process Improvement and Innovation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the agency.
Utilize technology and tools to enhance operational processes.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams
