Job Description - Front Office Manager

Front Office Manager | Bela Bela | Private Game Lodge

We are currently seeking experienced FRONT OFFICE MANAGER to join the hospitality team of a well-known, private game lodge located in Bela Bela region, Limpopo.

Main responsibilities:

  • To ensure check-in procedures are strictly adhered to
  • To be readily available at all times to address guest complaints
  • To organise, lead, manage the front office team
  • Ensure maximum unit occupancy with agreed rental booking policy
  • Reservations experience
  • Balance accounts daily
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals
  • Ensure effective training of front office staff
  • Ensure accurate and timeous reporting
  • Monitor trends within the industry and recommend where these may be implemented
  • All admin related duties
  • Prepare annual front office budget
  • Knowledge of Wildlife bookings
  • Stock procurement and control

Required Experience:

  • Candidate must have strong leadership, Administration, Front Office Management, Timeshare industry experience of at least 5 – 10 years
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliability and adaptability
  • Microsoft Office, especially good Excel Skills.
  • Cimso Innkeeper – Reservations, Timeshare Module and Property Management knowledge
  • Exceptional Front Office experience (5 years)
  • Valid RSA ID is required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • First Aid Level 3
  • Be available for Manager on Duty / First Aid call-outs as per Duty Roster.

Start date: ASAP

Salary information :

  • Market related salary/package based on experience.
  • Live-in position - single, excluding meals (no pets)
