📌 JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with an intimate ultra-5* Luxury Lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve, to recruit an experienced and energetic GENERAL LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE.

Combined Skills Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a GM Couple in a luxury 5-star safari lodge environment.
• A Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or equivalent is essential.
• Combined experience and knowledgeable to manage the day-to-day operational requirements of all departments of a high-end lodge.
• Good financial acumen and administration skills.
• Guest centric with the creativity and professionalism to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Understanding of industry trends and world class standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience dealing with international guests.
• Strong leadership and staff mentoring abilities and a passion to develop strong cohesive, service focused teams.
• Stable employment history and contactable references.
