Job Description: Head of Operation (BPO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the BPO department
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and quality of services
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Implement best practices and compliance with company policies

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience in BPO or call center operations
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call centre within Senior Operation Manager or Head of Operation role
• Experience in managing teams and driving operational performance
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Experience working in a fastpaced environment
