Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in their organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Communication: Serve as the vital link between our valued employees and management, ensuring clear and effective communication channels are established and maintained.
Manage IOD (Injury on Duty): Administer our Injury on Duty (IOD) program with precision and compassion, providing support to employees throughout the process and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Liaison with Union and Labor Networks : Cultivate strong relationships with union representatives and labor networks, promoting positive dialogue and collaboration to uphold the interests of both employees and the organization.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or related field.
Familiarity with IOD procedures, unions and labor regulations.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate across departments.
