Job Description - HR Administrator - Potchefstroom

Integrity, honesty, and confidentiality Ability to work in a culture diverse environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package Excellent administrative skills Duties and Responsibilities This position requires a dynamic individual who is studying towards a human resources qualification and has at least 2 years relevant experience and knowledge of administration with-in Human Resources. Focus areas will include, but are not limited, to the following: Handling general office tasks as an Administrator for Nutri Feeds while complying with internal procedures to ensure optimal productivity and confidentiality. Successfully facilitating reports and updated sheets for Disciplinary processes. Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to providing outstanding support within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while streamlining administrations and achieving company success. Excelling at balancing multiple tasks while providing first-rate administrational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ensure adherence to all relevant corporate policies and procedures to provide HR Practitioners with clear efficiency and streamline work ethics. Ensure timeous submission of the relevant reports to the applicable HR Practitioner.
